Thank you for registering and using the automatic renewal and deduction service provided by Thorfast Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Thorfast") (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). Please carefully read and agree to all the terms of the "Thorfast Automatic Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). The content of this agreement is subject to the display on the website www.Thorfast.com and may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree with all or part of this agreement, please do not check "Agree and Accept" or confirm in any form (including but not limited to: checking, clicking) to use this service. If you check "Agree and Accept the Thorfast Automatic Renewal Service Agreement", it means that you have reached an agreement with Thorfast and voluntarily accept all the terms of this agreement.

I. Pre-conditions for using this service

1. This service is part of the relevant services provided by Thorfast to members. At the same time, this service is launched to meet your automatic renewal needs, to avoid losses caused by your failure to renew the Thorfast Booster service in time due to negligence or other reasons. Therefore, applying for the Thorfast Booster service is a prerequisite for applying to use this service.

2. When using this service, you must have the corresponding civil capacity and ability to independently bear legal responsibility. If you are under 18 years old (or the legal age recognized by the laws and regulations of your place of residence), you must use this service under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

3. This agreement is a sub-agreement of Thorfast's "Service Agreement" and has the same, inseparable legal effect as the "Service Agreement". Therefore, before using this service, you should accept and agree to all the terms of the "Service Agreement", this agreement, and all kinds of agreements, rules, and announcements related to Thorfast services, especially the corresponding terms that limit or exempt liability (the terms that limit or exempt liability may be highlighted to draw your attention). At the same time, the following actions will also be regarded as your recognition of all the terms of this agreement and the "Service Agreement": (1) actually using this service; (2) actually using any products or services provided by Thorfast Booster along with this service (if any); (3) actually using any products or services provided by a third party along with this service (if any). Before you continue, Thorfast strongly recommends that you print or save this agreement locally for record. Your agreement to this agreement means that you are aware of and agree to all the terms of this agreement and the "Service Agreement", and guarantee that you can fully comply with the aforementioned agreements.

II. Rights and obligations of both parties under this service

1. By applying to use this service, you irrevocably authorize Thorfast to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from your Thorfast Booster recharge account balance, the bank card of the third-party payment account bound to your Thorfast account, and the communication account (collectively referred to as "accounts") before and after the expiration of the specific service period accessed through this service. The billing cycle includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, and annual (the same below) (specifically based on the billing cycle you selected when you chose this service). The realization of this service is based on your binding of your Thorfast account with the above accounts and the successful deduction from the above accounts. 2. Automatic renewal specifically refers to the fact that, based on the premise mentioned in the first paragraph of this article, Thorfast will charge you for the next billing cycle through the aforementioned account, record the amount in your payment record, and accordingly extend the validity period of the specific Thorfast Booster service accessed through this service. You must ensure that Thorfast can successfully deduct the payment from the aforementioned account. If the automatic renewal fails due to insufficient funds in the account, you may not be able to use our service normally.

3. Thorfast will open payment channels including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc., so that you can choose different payment methods to entrust Thorfast to execute the payment when choosing to use this service. You acknowledge and agree that for the selected payment channel, you are obligated to monitor regularly and ensure that there is sufficient balance in the account of the payment method to meet the application of this service. If the use of this service is defective (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, balance unable to meet the multiple instances of your selection of this service) due to the aforementioned reasons and cannot meet your usage needs, Thorfast has the right to suspend the specific Thorfast Booster service accessed through this service without further notice.

3. In case of any error during the deduction process, Thorfast and you should cooperate closely to identify the cause, and each party shall bear the losses caused by their own fault. If the losses are caused by the unequal degree of fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault. If both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibility shall be shared equally by both parties.

4. The services provided by Thorfast to you are only available for use on the platform or client of the specific Thorfast Booster service accessed through this service.

5. You can choose to cancel this service at your own discretion. If you do not choose to cancel, it is deemed that you agree to Thorfast's attempt to deduct fees irregularly according to certain rules. After the deduction is successful, Thorfast will open the monthly subscription service for the next billing cycle for you.

6. During or after the automatic renewal period, if the price is adjusted, the current effective price shall prevail. If the membership service price is adjusted, we will notify you through one or more methods such as in-app messages, SMS, or email, and have the right to cancel the automatic renewal service and stop providing the relevant service after the current service period expires. If you agree to the adjusted price, please repurchase the membership service and reactivate the automatic renewal service.

7. Thorfast does not charge any fees for providing this service to you, but Thorfast reserves the right to decide whether to charge for this service itself or adjust the automatic renewal cycle and fees based on business needs or market changes.

III. Validity and Termination of This Service

1. Unless otherwise stipulated in this agreement or Thorfast's relevant rules, this automatic renewal service is valid for a long term from the date you activate it until you actively choose to cancel this automatic renewal service.

2. You have the right to terminate this service at any time according to the guidance in Article 4 of this agreement. After terminating this service, Thorfast will stop providing this service to you.

3. The automatic renewal deduction instructions you entrusted Thorfast to execute before choosing to terminate this service remain valid. Unless otherwise stipulated by the applicable laws of your place of residence, Thorfast will not refund the fees deducted based on such instructions, and you shall bear the relevant responsibility.

IV. Cancellation of This Service

You can choose to cancel this service at your own discretion. If you choose not to continue using this service in the next billing cycle, please cancel this service at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current billing cycle. The cancellation process is as follows. If there are any changes to the specific steps, please refer to the steps specified on the Thorfast official website at that time.

Cancellation methods:

(1) Thorfast official website (www.Thorfast.com) -> My -> Cancel Subscription

(2) Log in to Thorfast PC client -> Personal Center -> Cancel Subscription

(3) Apple In-App Purchase: If you have subscribed to this auto-renewal service through your Apple ID, you can cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration date of each subscription period (based on the expiration time of your Apple subscription). For iOS 12 and above: Open "Settings" on your iOS device -> "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases" -> Click "Subscriptions" -> Select Thorfast and cancel the subscription. For iOS 11 and below: Open "Settings" on your iOS device -> Enter "iTunes Store & App Store" -> Click "Apple ID" -> Select "View Apple ID" -> Enter "Account Settings" page -> Click "Subscriptions" -> Select Thorfast and cancel the subscription.

V. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

1. Any disputes arising between Thorfast and you during the performance of this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in Hong Kong for arbitration.

2. We provide an English translation of the auto-renewal agreement. However, in case of any conflict between the English version or local language translation and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

3. The interpretation, validity, enforcement and other related issues of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
