Refund Instructions

Once a refund application is processed, it cannot be revoked. If there is a need to continue using it, please purchase again.

I. Application Conditions:

. Users who have purchased the Thorfast Booster service.

. The refund process will be conducted within working days (Monday to Friday).

II. Refund Rules:

1. Except as otherwise stipulated by the Thorfast platform rules or applicable laws, all purchases within our service are final transactions that cannot be refunded or cancelled.

2. If you apply for a refund according to the Thorfast platform rules or the requirements of applicable laws, we will calculate your refundable amount based on the actual number of days you have used and the platform's handling fee.

3. If you reside in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, and meet the legal requirements and the following provisions:

(1) If you have not yet started downloading or using online streaming digital transmission (if applicable), (2) You have agreed to waive the right to cancel the purchase, and (3) Your any virtual point account balance is greater than or equal to $0, you can cancel the digital content purchased on the day of purchase and receive a refund within 14 days;

. Users understand and agree that global business refund applications will deduct certain fees based on the payment platform, and the specific details will be subject to your payment platform policy.

4. If you reside in South Korea, you can cancel the purchase within 7 days from the purchase date; if you cancel the purchase after 7 days, we will deduct 10% of the subscription price as a penalty; if you have already started using the subscription, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced based on the number of days you have used the subscription. All in-game consumables (such as treasure chests, props) will be immediately delivered. If you have already started using the delivered consumables, you will not be able to cancel the purchase.

5. For Thorfast Booster services purchased during the promotion period, the gifts (including but not limited to the gifted service duration, etc.) will be completely cleared.

6. Refund operations will not be carried out on the last day of each month. If a user initiates a refund request on that day, it will be postponed to the 1st day of the next month for processing or settlement. (For example: If a refund request is made on January 31, the refund will be processed on February 1.)

7. You should pay taxes in accordance with the applicable laws when paying the service fee, and according to the requirements of the operator and the payment platform, pay third-party fees (including, for example, mobile operator fees, ISP fees, data package fees, credit card fees, value-added tax, and cross-border transaction fees). You should pay these fees yourself. Thorfast does not bear the obligation to pay these fees. However, it may collect them from a third party and then pay them to the third party. Regarding the fees, please contact your payment bank. We may take measures to collect the fees owed to us. You are responsible for all related collection costs and fees.

III. Important Warnings:

1. When you submit a refund application and Thorfast Booster confirms acceptance of your refund, the corresponding acceleration service of the refund application account will be closed.

2. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account in the original path.

3. Users understand and agree that if the refund amount is insufficient to cover the handling fee, the refund cannot be processed.

4. The refunded amount will arrive within 8-10 working days from the application date (if there are holidays, the arrival date will be postponed). If a refund request is made on April 1, it will arrive before April 14. Weibo account refunds may have delays. The final refund arrival time will be subject to the actual time.

5. In case of any dispute regarding the start time of the refund, the time when the user submits the refund application in writing through the Thorfast Booster backend record shall be taken as the standard.

6. The user acknowledges and agrees that the calculation time for the refund shall be based on the date when the user submits the application to the customer service in writing: For example, if a season pass purchased by the user in August has no acceleration behavior and the user submits the refund application on September 1st, the calculation time of the refund shall start from September 1st.

IV. Circumstances Unfavorable for Refund:

1. Refunds cannot be processed due to violations of the user agreement, such as account suspension, freezing, or other illegal or irregular behaviors.

2. Users who recharge through iOS or Google Play need to contact Apple or Google for refund.

3. Some e-commerce channels purchased Thorfast services may not be refundable.

V. Other

If there is a dispute between you and Thorfast Booster regarding the refund, it should be resolved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center for arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the then effective "Hong Kong International Arbitration Center Institutional Arbitration Rules".
